BROKE currently delivers within Pakistan.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote or less accessible locations may take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, operational issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required delivery information.

BROKE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, provided incorrect information, or refused delivery, additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.
